Great location, within walking distance to key attractions and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, who provided assistance with printing and answered all our questions. The hostel had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good, with a variety of options available.

The air conditioning was included, but we didn't have a remote for it and the staff took it away when we left the room. There was no staff at the reception at night, which made it difficult to access assistance when needed.

The breakfast was really good, with something different every day. The staff were amazing, always helpful and down to earth, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was big and very warm, which was great during the cold weather in February.

The bed was a bit hard and there was no curtain at the bathroom window. The room was a bit noisy, as you could hear both the neighbors and the traffic.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hostel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. One of the highlights was the onsite bar which was a great place to relax and socialize. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket right next door. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied each day. The beds had sockets next to them, which was a convenient feature. Mosaic Home exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Albania.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The main bathroom on our corridor could get busy at times, resulting in some waiting.

mosaic home was even better than i expected. the location was perfect, surrounded by shops and close to the bus stop. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. i had a great sleep in the comfortable beds and the heated rooms were a bonus.
